- This promotion ("Promotion") is only applicable to JCB credit cards ("Eligible Cards") issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. ("AEON"). Eligible transactions of principal card and supplementary card will be combined. The cash rebate amount will be credited to the principal card account.
- Only applicable to the net spending amount of credit purchase of retail shopping settled in RMB made in Mainland China ("Eligible Transactions"). Transaction settled in HKD made in Mainland China is not applicable. JCB International Co., Ltd. (“JCB”) reserves the right to make the final decision on one’s eligibility.
- The cash rebate will be credited through the card issuer within August 2024.
- #The cash rebate will be credited in or converted into the equivalent value of Hong Kong dollar for Eligible Cards, of which the conversion rate will be determined in accordance with the exchange rate of the date when the cash rebate is credited. Therefore, the exchange rate on the date when the original transaction is made may differ from the exchange rate on the date that the cash rebate is credited.
- Any fee incurred relating to conducting foreign currency transactions will not be refunded.
- Any amount less than significant digit of the currency will be rounded down.
- Registration is not required to participate in the Promotion. When all the quota of the cash rebate has been used up, the Promotion will be terminated without prior notice. Transactions satisfying the conditions to participate in the Promotion will be counted based on the date of posting(s). Transaction of which the data cannot be duly received by JCB from merchant on or before Aug 9, 2024 will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- Cash rebate will not be entitled in the following cases:
- If the transaction of goods or services has been changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed as fraudulent use.
- If you cancel your card or have not activated its account before the cash rebate is credited.
- The credit card number has been changed due to card changeover or reissue before the cash rebate is credited.
- The credit card expires before the cash rebate is credited.
- The payment cannot be completed within the Promotion period due to system failure or any other cause.
- Payment is processed through a third party rather than is made on-site at the merchant.
- This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer or service.
- The right to receive this entitlement may not be transferred to another third party or exchanged for cash.
- This Promotion is provided by JCB. For any enquires relating to the details or arrangements of the Promotion, customers can contact JCB directly.
- JCB and AEON will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred to customers as a result of participating in this Promotion.
- JCB and AEON will not be liable for any conflicts caused by this Promotion.
- In the event that a customer violates these Terms and Conditions or causes damage to JCB, AEON or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the Promotion, JCB may suspend or cancel the relevant entitlement or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting the entitlement accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
- This Promotion may continue after the above Promotion period (e.g. quota is still available), of which JCB and AEON reserve the right to make the final decision.
