- Eligible transactions will be counted based on the transaction date. However, transactions may not be counted if the processing of sales data takes a long time and the transaction information does not arrive within a certain period.
Deadline for submission of sales slips from the merchant: 29 June 2026 - Cashback will be provided through the card issuer of the JCB card used for the transaction. The timing of cashback will vary depending on the card issuer.

- Only transactions settled in GBP are eligible for this promotion.
- Amounts less than the smallest unit of the applicable currency will be rounded down.
- The exchange rate applied at the time of transaction may differ from the exchange rate applied when the cashback is processed. The rate applied will depend on the issuing bank.
- Cashback may not be provided in the following cases:
-If the transaction for goods or services is changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent.
-If the card is cancelled or no account is set up by the cashback date.
-If the card number changes due to card replacement or reissuance before the cashback date.
-If the card membership becomes invalid before the cashback date.
-If the payment cannot be processed during the campaign period due to system failures or other technical issues.
-If the payment is made through a third-party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant. - JCB International Co., Ltd. and HARRODS shall not be responsible for any damages incurred by cardmembers in connection with the use of this campaign.
- JCB and HARRODS shall not be responsible for any disputes related to this promotion.
- If a participant violates these terms or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or any third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with participation in this campaign, JCB International Co., Ltd. and HARRODS may suspend or cancel the promotion or other related transactions. In such cases, all conditions for granting cashback accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
