This restaurant serves authentic traditional multi-course meals called "kaiseki" that combine the cuisine from the Tohoku region in Japan and a variety of ingredients from Taiwan. The relaxing interior is inspired by the castle town of Sendai. The menu offers grilled dishes prepared with Sendai beef, seafood, and other carefully selected ingredients. You can also enjoy unique local sake brewed in the six prefectures of the Tohoku region, other exclusive Japanese sake brands, and all kinds of other beverages to go with your meal.
