<2> Select the attraction and pay with your JCB card.
*For Burj Khalifa tickets, you must reserve your visit date (reservation deadline: within 30 days after purchase).
*Attraction tickets are valid for 30 days from the visit date set at the time of purchase. For details, please check the usage instructions below.
*Refunds cannot be provided for any reason after purchase.

<3> Receive a purchase confirmation email at your registered email address.
After payment, you will receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours.
Once you receive the confirmation email, the usage step will vary depending on what you purchased.

【Usage Instruction】

■For Burj Khalifa
Once you receive the purchase confirmation email, please use the link at the bottom of the email to select your visit date.
The e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address within 2 days after you specify the visit date.
Present the e-ticket at the Burj Khalifa ticket counter for entry.

*The deadline to reserve your visit date is within 30 days after purchase. You can select any date within the campaign period.
*If you do not receive the e-ticket within 2 days after selecting the visit date, please contact alike using the details at the bottom of this page.

■For Other Attractions
The e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address no later than 2 days before the visit date you set at the time of purchase.
Present the e-ticket at the attraction’s ticket counter for entry.

*Purchased tickets are valid for 30 days from the set visit date.
*If you do not receive the e-ticket at least 48 hours before your visit date, please contact alike using the details at the bottom of this page.

■For SIM cards
The e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address within 2 days after purchase.
Present the e-ticket at the alike counters located in Dubai International Airport Terminals 1 and 3 to receive your SIM card.
